Littlemore - Away
On a sticky difficult pitch colts posted another double figure result against lowly Littlemore.Colts started bright & created early chances that were wasted & seem to get drawn into Littlemores kick & rush game. Littlemore came closest to opening the scoring when they hit the crossbar this seem to awaken the colts & they started to pass the ball again going into the halftime break 3-0 up.
The second half saw the colts dominate the game with goal after goal going in. Full of confidence the colts even had the audacity to attempt the now famous Thierry Henry penalty where he laid it off for a team mate to attempt to convert unfortunately with a similar resulting miss with the colts keeper blasting it straight at the keeper then placing the rebound wide of the post.( back to the training ground boys)
A depleted littlemore manage to grab a consolation goal near the end catching the colts 9 man attack on the break.
well done boys but a more tougher game next week.
